Consultation Agreement

Terms and Conditions for Booking a Consultation with April's Immigration Services
By booking a consultation with April's Immigration Services (“the Firm”), the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions. The Firm will provide consultation services related to immigration matters, including but not limited to visa applications, permanent residency, work permits, and family reunification.

Scope of Services:
The consultation will assess the Client's eligibility, explain the immigration process, and offer strategic advice tailored to the Client's goals and circumstances.

The consultation will be conducted over a 30-minute session, during which the Client will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance based on their specific situation.


Consultation Fees:

Base Fee: The Client agrees to pay a base consultation fee of $150.00.
Provincial Fee Adjustments: The following additional provincial fees apply based on the location of the consultation:
Ontario: $150.00 + 13% HST = $169.50
British Columbia: $150.00 + 12% PST/GST = $168.00
Alberta: $150.00 + 5% GST = $157.50
Saskatchewan: $150.00 + 11% PST/GST = $166.50
Manitoba: $150.00 + 13% PST/GST = $169.50
Quebec: $150.00 + 14.975% QST/GST = $172.46
Nova Scotia: $150.00 + 15% HST = $172.50
Newfoundland and Labrador: $150.00 + 15% HST = $172.50
New Brunswick: $150.00 + 15% HST = $172.50
Prince Edward Island: $150.00 + 15% HST = $172.50
Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut: $150.00 + 5% GST = $157.50

The consultation fee must be paid in full prior to the scheduled appointment. The fee covers the consultation session and is non-refundable.

Confidentiality:The Firm is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information and documents provided by the Client. Information will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.

Disclaimer: While the Firm provides guidance based on current immigration laws and policies, it does not guarantee the approval of any applications, as decisions are made solely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authorities.

Termination of Agreement: Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the consultation fee remains non-refundable.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. By proceeding with the booking, the Client acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

By booking the consultation, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms outlined above and to pay the consultation fee plus applicable HST through the payment link below provided by the Firm.
